Crestview Lodge

Overall, this stay was amazing! It was so clean - even on the windowsills / corners on the floor, there was no dust. One of the cleanest vrbos I have ever stayed at. Rooms were as pictured and it was a roomy place. The following feedback I have is minor and just for the constructive help of the hosts:
1. Nowhere was it mentioned on the listing that the driveway entrance down into the property is an unmaintained gravel road. This made it confusing at first to find the entrance to the property. Furthermore, 1 of the cars that arrived was not All Wheel Drive and quite small of a car, so it almost couldn't make it up the hill, since it's such a steep hill and gravel road. I'd suggest putting some info on the type of cars people should bring so they don't get stuck or stressed, and explain this in the check in instructions to find the property's entrance faster.
2. There seems to be some kind of wasp nest somewhere outside your house or really close by, but I could not spot it for the host. We loved the amenities of the balcony and tables / chairs outside, but couldn't use it comfortably b/c there were a lot of wasps everywhere... they'd come in clumps at times and it was a bit concerning. I'd maybe check the property out for that? We didn't bring food outside to attract them, and even when inside, through the window we could see them flying around.
3. The queen beds in the queen bedrooms were not very comfortable. My fellow guests complained the mattress was really hard. But that's just feedback from us!

The AC unit is turned off between guests. We arrived to a home that was at least 80 inside at 8pm. Trying to cool it down was not working and support asked us if we had tried adjusting the temp with the thermostat control panel. Someone was sent out to service the AC and he discovered that it needed to be recharged. Even after he took care of that the AC would intermittently stop cooling and had to be turned off and on again to work. It was stuffy and uncomfortable in the home. I was hoping this was limited to the upstairs shower, but my son said that he has the same experience on the bottom floor. Washing your hands with hot water at any faucet and the temp quickly becomes the fire or Mordor, but the showers remain tempid. It was weird. The view was beautiful and the home was clean. Our kids enjoyed being together in the bunk room.
There is body wash and shampoo provided, but no conditioner.

The house, location, and setting was exactly as advertised. It easily accommodated our group of 10 family members in comfort and style. It was a cloudy, drizzly weekend, but there was plenty to do with the hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table, plus games we brought and games provided. We were able to eat one meal on the deck with a commanding view. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, and cooking utensils - probably the best outfitted kitchen I have stayed in. The management team is very precise about what they provide and what they don't provide, so read carefully. For example, no need to bring salt and pepper, but plan on bringing any other seasoning you need. And plan accordingly re: the three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom provided. They're also great about warning you about very limited cell service - but their internet was fast and reliable.
We would come again in a heartbeat!

The house is awesome as far as scenery and amenities. Fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils and cookware. Lots of games. Hot tub. During our visit we did notice the balcony on the corner was not level, we could see the separation of the deck boards, and the railings were loose as well. Sent pics/vids to management, who assured someone would be out to check on it following our stay. Based on cracks in the cement outside and it being on a hill, there may need to be some reinforcement done. Otherwise, the home is beautiful and great for a family getaway.

The house was beautiful as were the views. The air conditioning unit was broken so unfortunately it was extremely hot indoors. We cut our vacation short but every person we spoke to for this house was extremely helpful and apologetic. The customer service was great and the company made it right for us. Lots of stairs indoors and no outside grass area for kids to play. But house was large and playroom downstairs was nice equipped with toys, foosball and ping pong table.

following the title. Great location! Few minute drive to Ronald/Roslyn. (Both have restaurants/Bars) Few more minutes to Cle Elum. AWD definitely needed in winter months, house is located on steep hill. House was clean, with plenty of towels. Literally few minute drive to 2 rental companies(Pontoon,kayaks,canoes etc.) We rented through Cascade Playtime Rentals (Talk to Sean) He went above and beyond to make renting super easy and phenomenal service. 10 out of 5 stars for that guy! There were 2 maintenance issues and 1 was taken care of immediately same day which was super appreciated.
Little things: the other maintenance issue never got resolved, which was a let down bc we were using a lot of ice and had to buy bagged ice all week and the fridge was not dispensing filtered water or any water. Cooking appliances weren't non stick (we cook alot) and some written instructions would've been helpful to use outside house/hot tub Bluetooth speakers.
Owner needs to do maintenance on fridge and/or buy another and buy some nice non stick cooking appliances. With the price to stay there...owner can afford it.
Would we stay there again, YES, but fridge has to do its job!

We had a last minute cancelation and ended up staying at Crestview Lodge. It really couldn't have been better. It was the perfect house, clean, easy access to get it. My Son had so much fun playing in the game room. Hot tub was perfect specially since we got rainy days. Just perfect it accommodated all 14 of us with no issues. Thank you very much.

This was a perfect spot for our family to get together - a few kids and mostly adults. Great space downstairs for kids and their parents to spread out and not annoy others. The deck is amazing for meals and morning coffee. And the hot tub made the end of the day even more relaxing. Highly recommended.

We had a nice time at Crestview Lodge. There were a couple hiccups with entering into the rental and some basic items that were low/ missing but the rental company was pretty quick to respond and these items did not affect the quality of our stay. Our whole group enjoyed the home and really loved the location and views of this rental. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

My siblings and I rented the house to have a long weekend getaway for our mother's 70th birthday. It has plenty of room for her, her kids and her grandchildren. Unfortunately, it ended up being very smokey that weekend, but the house had games to keep us entertained and was big enough that people could spread out for some quiet time if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the group each day too. The rental was a little pricey, but worth the investment!

Our experience with the rental was good. The unit was clean and quiet. Close to the beach, close to all shopping and restaurants. Met some very nice people in the complex. It needs a few upgrades.

A lovely we'll maintained unit. Very quiet and friendly. We were close to shopping, walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next year. Lorrie from the seaside property shop is a great person.

The property management was wonderful, I only had to call and they were there immediately. I would recommend this company to all my friends!
