The home was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The garage and hot tub can in handy on days when the weather was too windy or raining, had a blast playing fusball, Bball and shuffle board with our girls. We had a couple of great days on the lake with our paddle boards and kayaks, unfortunately it was way too windy the other days, but then we hit the Roslyn ridge pool, played some pickleball, and took some nice bike rides. The farmers market in town was perfect on a drizzly overcast day. Had some delicious food, sat in Adirondack chairs listening to a band while having a nice Bloody Mary. I think this home is the nicest in the community. They clearly take good care of the property and thought about every detail. It’s also quite private when you’re in the yard or sitting on the wrap around covered porch watching the kids makes s’mores over the fire pit. Definitely will stay again, and VR365 was exceptional!

Overall the house was great for our family! The hot tub and games in the garage were super fun for the kids. Bedrooms were large and kitchen was great for cooking and socializing. Only downfalls were that we ran out of a few home essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There were also no things like baggies, Saran wrap or foil for leftover food, we did finally find tubberware on the last night.

The house and property was beautiful. Everything was well maintained and cared for. We were happy with the facilities, amenities and the location. The house was spacious yet the open concept was perfect for all of us to spend time together. We enjoyed the lake which was super close and going into town for the market on Sunday morning!

The house is great, roomy and well stocked. We were disappointed to find that the game room, in the detached garage does not have any heat. It looked like it had an electric heater at one time, but it has been removed. Therefore it is very cold inside and thus we didn't use it much.

What a wonderful place, we had our Mother’s Day weekend get away. I had a hard time making a decision of where we would stay and I’m so glad I finally choose this place.
It was perfect, clean and everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and it had everything to make our amazing meals. The hot tub was perfect after our hike, the game room I didn’t think we would use but at the end it was where we most laugh due to our little competition.
I’m sad that it is not available for Father’s Day so we could send our husbands. This will definitely become our Mother’s Day tradition

We have a family with 6 adults and 3 boys, ages 5, 10, and 12.
We loved the layout of the house and yard as there is plenty of room to move!
The kitchen either the double oven and 6 burner range made cooking a blast.
The cons were the electric games in the garage do not work well.
There was a throw rug under the dining table that was a serious trip hazard, so we put the rug in the closet.
All in all we highly recommend Whispering Pines and the VR365 staff!! Especially the daily snow plowing.

We had a wonderful stay in the Whispering pines rental. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The Roselyn Ridge Activity center was a lot of fun, our kids spent hours swimming and having fun. The rental is a short drive to lake Cle Elum, and Suncadia. We were able to have the Suncadia experience for a better price than staying in the actual resort. The house is surrounded by wildlife. We saw several deer, quail, lizards and an abundance of wildflowers. The culdesac was perfect for riding bikes, and there were several young families that joined in the fun. I would definitely recommend this company and the Whispering pines rental to my friends!

We turned the heated garage into a sewing studio where ladies could stay up and sew, giggle and laugh while some of us could go inside and sleep without being disturbed. The house was perfect for sleeping and cooking and dining. The ladies want to do it again so we rebooked for next March.

The house is sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped so we made some great meals. Get in the hot tub and see all the stars for a end of a great day. We brought our bikes and rode to the lake. There are 2 bikes at the house. A very enjoyable family trip and we plan on going again.

We stayed for 3 nights - 3 couples in town to attend a wedding at nearby Suncadia Resort.
The home is excellent. Clean and well equipped.
There was no skimping on utensils or glassware.
Plenty of room inside and out. Nice game room in the garage.
It was in the 90's so the central air kept the downstairs cool, but it was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms.
The nearby community pool was clean and comfortable.

A 2 week holiday for 2 adults. An incredible view from the balcony, undercover parking, fully equipped kitchen that was full of everything you could want and huge comfortable beds. We had an excellent winter-time stay at Whispering Pines. The house was very clean and well-appointed, nicely stocked, and the beds were all very comfy with soft sheets. We enjoyed use of the hot tub to counter the winter chill. Our party of seven (including parents, three kids, grandparents and our dog) had LOTS of room to spread out here. The three bedrooms offered great privacy and quiet retreat. The bunk beds where our younger kids slept are located in the open upstairs loft - we generally are not a very loud group so the kids slept fine through our little bit of late evening noise. The owners were very friendly and exceptionally responsive to the couple of needs we had. We had small problem with the BBQ and the owner responded within minutes with a replacement part taken from their own BBQ, and our dinner was rescued! Owners were super quick to respond to other questions/needs. The management personnel who helped with our reservation were friendly and helpful too. We would highly recommend this property.

We spent Thanksgiving there w/friends, kiddos & dogs and everyone loved the home and amenities. Heated game room was fun, hot tub was great, very nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Lovely venue on Indian Rocks Beach away from crowds and commercial properties. Plenty of really good and some outstanding local restaurants nearby. This area is great for young families and couples seeking quiet beaches but infrastructure nearby for off beach time. The condo is well equipped but not new. We like having only 4 units in the building and not being in a huge complex. The master bedroom is very spacious. The bathrooms have not been updated but are in reasonable condition. The kitchen is also spacious with decent appliances although the dishwasher has seen better days. The gulf view is stunning and the new balcony furniture is a great addition.

This is our second time renting this condo. It always has everything we need in terms of linens, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. There may be fancier condos out there, but few are right on the beach with your own trail through the sea oats to get there in a few steps. The building is comprised of only 4 units, so it is always quiet and has plenty of covered parking. The beach view is front and center from the living room balcony, and there is also a view of the water from each bedroom. The pool is tiny, but just enough to cool off in, if you didn't already do that in the beautiful gulf. Wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. Property management is close-by and helpful.

For people that love the beach there is no better experience than to stay in a clean, well decorated and designed place on the beach. From the balcony one could see the beach scene, dolphins, spectacular sunsets, and stars later at night. We took daily walks along the beach and even found some nice shells. It was in easy walking distance to retail stores and places to eat. The pool area was very nice and it included a BBQ Grill. The only slight negative that I can think of is that this rental is next to a public beach access. However, the property is well designed and has attractive/well placed landscaping to keep it very private. Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations and we definitely wouldnt hesitate to refer this vacation rental to someone. We definitely look forward to coming back to this vacation beach property in the near future!
The Seaside Property Shoppe was extremely helpful in all aspects of the rental of this property. We couldnt have gotten better service than from Ruth and Lorri of that rental company. They were thorough and their were no negative surprises in our stay. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

We have rented this condo several years in a row and it has really become our home away from home. Various small renovations have taken place during that time but now the sofas REALLY need recovering or be replaced as the corners are threadbare. Also the second bath could use a facelift. It is very serviceable but dated. Th new kitchen counters a real plus. The cleaning people need to be a bit more diligent and clean under beds and light furniture as they were full of dust kittens but otherwise reasonably clean, not spotless. The lovely view and wonderful beach are a special plus. Sunsets are breath taking. We love the light open feeling and the pastel colours used in the decorating scheme. All in all a lovely place to relax and enjoy the Florida life style.

Our home for the weekend was fully stocked and ready for us. Very welcoming. The 3 main bedrooms had cozy comfortable beds with clean bathrooms and fresh towels for us. (Bath robes in the master a nice surprise). A bunk bed loft available for younger members with TV. Nice furniture throughout. The kitchen had wide range of pans and dishes for meals. Location within walking distance to Club House. Easy walk for a morning workout at the small gym and later return for a swim. Loved the style of outside picnic table! Cooper Lake a nice side trip for the day. Would only add one thing - a couple of fold-up chaise lounges to lay back on to look up at the skies that were so full of beautiful stars!! Lots of wishes on the shooting stars!

We use to play on the coal hills 25+ years ago until they closed down dirtbiking. It was so fun to go back now with the family and enjoy what we use to do. Then coming to enjoy this "house" with friends -- LOVED IT. To our expectations -- the 'cabin' was fancier than we anticipated - nice nice suprise.

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. It is big enough for at least 3 couples and will come back again with our friends. We didn't realize the home was in a community with houses right next to the place and were slightly disappointed with the level of privacy. The hot tub was also low on water and management told us we should've called. Our bad! We'll back!

If you are looking for something a bit more secluded and private let us know because we have many other great cabins that will fit the bill. Unfortunately we weren't notified about the hot tub being low on water so we weren't able to help to come out. However there is a hose less than 10 feet from the tub where you can add water in this type event. –Derek

My family and I had a great weekend at Whispering Pines. One of the best things was the kitchen. It was spacious and made it easy to cook meals for the entire group. We also enjoyed having the newer electronics-- we typically hook up our iPhones and play music all day. The beds were better than most rentals -- big and comfy. It's also in a great location-- close to Roslyn/Ronald, but you feel like you're away from it all. We will return!

We have rented this condo for the second time. Excellent location, friendly,courteous and professional agency that also handled any repairs or problems promptly. We had some arrival cleaning issues the first time in this condo but this year it was in much better condition. Not perfect but adequate. I appreciate spotless kitchens and baths. Some tears in the bed linens plus some stained towels and washcloths are the reason for my less than perfect property condition qualification. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay... our home away from home and will surely return for another visit.

Our group of 3 families included 4 children and this home was a good fit. Unfortunately the 2 children we had planned to have sleep in the loft were not happy there. The futon in their parents room worked better. Loft might suit older kids better. Very comfortable beds in each bedroom and an exceptional well stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC on our 1st night but thanks to immediate response by property manage,Derek, we had no further issues. Neighboring homes were somewhat close but not a problem. We enjoyed the pool at the rec center.

Very pleasant stay for a family birthday party. House was in excellent condition and was well stocked. Only downside was that the propane fireplace did not work (propane was probably turned off somewhere)and the hot tub was stuck on a filtering cycle that left it running for long periods of time. Other than these two minor issues we had a great time and would certainly return.

This was the perfect place for our weekend fun! We all wanted to move in permenently! Although we came to enjoy what nature had to offer, it was also great just to stay inside....the fireplace made for a cozy afternoon and evening and the windows let in lots of natural light. There are plenty of board games available and a large screen tv for entertainment. We were a party of 6 adults and two toddlers and we never felt cramped for space. The kitchen was well equipped with state of the art appliances. We did get in a beautiful hike along the Cooper River, not too far of a drive away.
We plan to be back...how fun it would be to be there in the snow!!! Next time.

We had a wonder time while staying at Whispering Pines. The neighborhood was very quite. The only thing was the recreation center was overpriced. Our two daughters and granddaughter went up to watch one of our girls swim and they all had to pay even though

This is our 2nd annual Whispering Pines summer visit. The house was perfect for our family, spotless and very comfortable. It is very relaxing staying up there. The young children can play around the house and ride bikes up in the cul-de-sac. The pool
is a 5 minute walk and the lake beach is a 7 minute drive. The management company is a dream to work with and very attentive to your needs. We will continue to worth through them for our trips to the sunny side of the state.

We had beautiful weather the whole time and the house was beautiful.Kids had a good time at the pool and community center. The only down side we had was that the lake water level was very high for this time of year and so minimal beach space and the water was glacier cold. Over all a great location year round and a great property to rent.

The house was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood. Went snowmobiling (5 minutes away) and everyone had a fantastic time. Close to cute little towns, great hikes, snowmobiling. Really great!!
This was a great rental. I was traveling with my volleyball team and this property allowed us to relax and bond when we weren’t on the court playing. The open living room and kitchen allowed for lots of socializing and the game room was a great escape for the teenagers.
