The motion sensors on the bathroom lights and fans were a problem, particularly in the master bath. The bright light and noise from the fan woke me up each time my husband used the bathroom in the night. From the listing information, I expected it to be bigger and it was not clear that one of the beds was a sleeper sofa.

really like this place as it is somewhat isolated and away from populated areas. Hot Tub was nice, worked and well maintained. House overall was well stocked. Property Management team was very attentive and supportive. 3 bedrooms where large and the bunk beds worked well for our kids traveling with us. would highly recommend this. also suggest taking advantage of winter activities nearby such as snowmobiling and Suncadia's cross country skiing.

We always book with V365 and have enjoyed many properties in this area. This home was lovely, clean, well kept and comfortable. The only feedback is there was a few essentials missing from the kitchen for cooking and baking. The yard had plenty of space and privacy. It was a beautiful getaway!

The cabin was in a great location. Close to Rosalyn and Suncadia. Very charming cabin. Was also very clean. The backyard space is great for a campfire. There was a burn ban while we were there, but they provided a propane campfire as well. The shuffleboard and pingpong were a great addition to keep us busy. My only complaint was that the cabin had a slight smell of urine, but that can be expected with a pet friendly stay. One last very small thing - whenever the bathroom lights were turned on, the bathroom fan would also turn on. It's a small thing, but the fans were quite loud so they would wake up your partner in the night.

We stayed at the chalet with two adults, three kids, and a dog. We had a wonderful time. The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The kids especially loved the game room, the swing, and the hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful backyard. We enjoyed swimming at the community pool. The chalet was the perfect place to recharge and spent time together as a family. We look forward to staying at the chalet again.

Lovely home. Garage play space is super fun for the kids. Nice master on the first floor. Kids were all upstairs. the a/c unit is only on the first floor but there are fans in the upstairs rooms. Only shampoo and body wash - no conditioner or soap just fyi for planning purposes. Super close to Roslyn and Roslyn Ridge - we used the pool access. Great weekend!

Our family had a great stay at this property over Thanksgiving! The house was clean and well stocked in a cute neighborhood just a short ten minute drive to Roslyn for takeout or a Sno-Park to play. The WiFi was strong for remote work, school or streaming Netflix. Our family especially enjoyed the heated massage chair and ping pong table.

We had a great time at Tamarack Chalet for a family getaway weekend ! The house was perfect and very clean AND we could bring our dog which was perfect ! We stayed for 3 days in January with two families. This place is great, and preferred to the Roslyn ridge side due to more open space for the kids to play in. The unit was well furnished and clean - pretty nice bed in the master, good couches and a decently equipped kitchen (however no cheese grater). The hot tub is in a good location if you have kids that want to use it as there is good visibility from the house. Overall, I’d recommend for two small families or one larger family.

After an intensive search, we chose this location for our month long stay in Florida. The location was ideal with easy access to the mainland. The unit and property overall was clean and comfortable. It is mostly an adult complex which suited us fine. Privacy and security was insured by having key entry to the complex and gated entry to the beach as well as a guard part of the evening. There was a designated parking spot for the unit which was convenient; no driving in circles trying to find one. There were two issues with our unit which were remediated the first day of our occupancy. We have already confirmed for the same month next year.

Reflections on the Gulf #205 is in a great location, was quite clean, and a comfortable place to spend a month. The sunset views from the balcony were especially nice. We suggest a larger TV in the Living Room, more dish clothes, towels and small frying pans in the Kitchen, and a hair dryer in the Bathroom.

This year was our 5th year at Reflections in Indian Rocks Beach and the time spent just keeps getting better and better.
Seaside Realty, and our associate Lorri Marshall and very professional and easy to work with.
Our unit is nicely appointed,clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need.
You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set directly between the palm tree's that top off right in front of the unit.
We will go back every year.

We have enjoyed Reflections for several years. Location is perfect in this relatively small gulf resort town. Lots of nearby restaurants, bike trails and, of course, right on the beach. Assigned parking, security guard at night and key-only entrances . Beautiful lobby. Seaside Property Shoppe is a always ready to help in case of an emergency. The building is well maintained with excellent maintenance staff. We would recommend Reflections to anybody.

On the beach, security, key entrance, reserved parking, great views, pool, large lobby, upkeep excellent, nearby restaurants, library, etc & more.
The cabin was nice and clean, but not as private as described. Construction of a new house right across the street woke us up every morning at 7AM. We were hoping to get away from noise, but unfortunately didn't happen.
