The house was fabulous. All the amenities you could ask for. Loved the outside decks and hot tub. My only issue.. It could use a "dumb waiter"... Lugging your personal items up all those stairs was rough!!

We have children 18 months old through 19 years. This house was wonderful for the age range! It was so roomy and I especially appreciated the large closet full of toys for the youngers.
When I had a question about the home or check-out, all I had to do was text and they were quick at responding and also helpful.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids on our trip. The cabin is easy to find, yet private and there was plenty of snow for the kids to play in. We went before Christmas and there were Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree, which was perfect. This was definitely one of our best experiences at a vacation rental.
I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because 1 adult and 3 kids got viral skin infections while there. We think it was from the hot tub but couldn't say for sure. It didn't seem like there was enough chlorine in the water. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars on cleanliness.

11 of us stayed at the Sun Country Lodge for my Dad's 80th birthday - age range was 14 to 80. Everyone was wow'ed by the lodge and it's amenities. Pool table, Foosball, Darts, Cornhole, Arcade game, and jacuzzi were all hits with the kids.

Plenty of space for everyone, and a beautiful kitchen with nearly all the cooking utensils you will need and enough space for several people at once. It snowed/rained most of the time we were there, so we did not do anything outside. The home was very clean. The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and the middle section kept sliding back, but those are minor details.

Our family of 6 spent a week of spring break here. The house was as advertised and pictured. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, playground, nature walk, dog park, and ice cream. Private master ensuite was fabulous. House is missing a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet is motion activated causing difficulty for everyone to turn on!

The house was newly remodeled. The house was clean with beach themed decor. The owners stocked it with supplies that a traveler might need such as beach towels,sunscreen, laundry detergent, blankets, kitchen supplies, tupperware containers, etc. The home was located just a block away from the beach. Beautiful beach home in awesome location. Minutes of walking from the beach. We love Indian Rocks Beach. Everything in the house was new and clean. Property management company was professional and accommodating. We definitely hope to go back and stay at the same house.
Beautiful home with plenty of room for multiple families. The outdoor space was perfect for playing games or just cozying up to the outdoors fireplace. I highly recommend this home.
