Such a great home! Everything you could ask for - kitchen supplies, fire pit, hot tub, games. We had a great weekend celebrating my mom's 70th. A short five minute walk to the water. Property contact was easily reachable if I had any questions.

It was a beautiful place but the rental had too many rules and there was too much expectation for cleanup with a hefty fee. Not sure why we had to pay the cleaning fee when we ended up taking care of the whole place

The rental process went smoothly. The house was huge, with high vaulted ceilings upstairs adding to spaciousness. The two wall-mounted AC units kept living areas comfortable during 94 F days. Bedding and appliances were all top-notch. Kitchen dish- and glassware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils were easily enough for our large group of two families. Kids really liked the game room and ping-pong table.
My ONLY negative comment would be that the glass door to the backyard had been fractured prior to our arrival...something that should have been noticed and replaced by the maintenance staff before our arrival.

We were a group of 3 families, and the house was very convenient and well-equipped for our needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach, relaxing on the deck, and playing in the game room. Only drawbacks: there is not an air conditioner in the second bedroom upstairs, and the climate control didn’t work in that room (the heat kicked on at one point and wouldn’t turn off), so that family moved downstairs. The front door lock also ran out of batteries, and while VR365 we ended up not being able to lock the front door when we left.

Great house, well stocked kitchen and clean. Hot tub wasn’t working and took about a week to get it working. Management said I’d get a $25 per day refund that it didn’t work but haven’t seen that yet. Also shower in master was clogged. Messaged management they said they came and fixed but was still clogged. Hanging rack in master pulled out of wall when i hung clothes on it. They came and put the shelf part back into the wall but left out the hanger rod so had no where to hang my clothes as closet was locked. Other than that it was a great house.

This home is similar to many of the other homes in the Roslyn and Ronald area. What sets this one apart is the proximity to the lake - it’s just a few minutes walk from the house.

The place is clean, spacious and well run by Vacation Rentals 365.

The home was beautiful. Beds were great. Has a fireplace, hot tub and Rec room. All very nice. Communication from the rental agency was great. The price was pretty high, but doable. The location was very close to the lake, and a short drive to Ronald and Rosyln. Lots of great restaurants around in Rosyln. Suncadia resort is very close. And the ski resort Summit at Snoqualmie is a short drive away.
The only problem that soured the experience for me personally was a couple of texts regarding noise. One text was “reminding” me that if a “verified” noise complaint was received we would be fined 500 dollars to our credit card. Although it is very difficult to prove, it is my belief we were quiet renters. We did have a group of four teenagers in the hot tub until around ten at night. There was no music, fireworks, snow machines etc. They were in the hot tub talking, maybe laughing occasionally. Three adults were upstairs in the house talking quietly indoors and we never heard any noise at all from down below except the door opening and closing. I think the rental company is good but if I were to rent again I would choose a different property that was more isolated and not so close to neighbors that might be sensitive to noise associated with hot tubs. In the end I was not fined the 500 dollars so that was good.

Great property that we stay at annually (past 4yrs). A few minor issues this trip:
- Loud dishwasher, hard to have on and be in the room
- Hot tub starting to wear down, louder than prior years
- lack of additional paper towels, we ran out and couldn't find another roll
- awful sandpaper toilet paper, considering bringing our own in the future

Overall a good weekend in a property and location we love.

During these crazy times we just wanted to get away but not have to drive to far and this was perfect! Kids could ride bikes, we walked to the beach (it wasn’t windy like it had been one summer we came to same area) and the house was great. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Could’ve used a couple more kitchen towels and a heater on the deck would’ve been amazing!
We would stay here again for sure also the communication from VR365 was fast when we had any questions!

Clean , beautiful! The covered porch was perfect for listening to the thunder storm! Great family atmosphere! Great walk to the lake!!! I would definitely recommend this and hope to rent it again. The garbage disposal wouldn’t stay plugged in but we took turns holding it during cleaning!! Everything was better than expected!

Despite the weather we still had a great time. Very close to the lake, adequate supplies in the kitchen and games to play-We had great game nights since it rained the entire time. Everything was clean and well labeled and the game room was a bonus.

It was a wonderful vacation in the Washington mountains with a family of 10! The interior of home was clean & nicely furnished. The whole family enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and Christmas tree while playing games, chatting, and listening to holiday tunes. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable & roomy with adequate sleeping space for 10 adults. The game room was an added bonus. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. The family loved the scenic view out the HUGE picture windows. A holiday filled with great memories.

We had a great stay. The cabin was just as advertised and very clean, modern and well equipped. Each morning our family took a short walk to the lake and enjoyed the cool air and fall colors. The historic town of Rosalyn is very close and fun to explore. We saw deer and elk and an owl as we drove around the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Endless Summer #C. It was clean and had everything we needed. Having the beach at your door step was fantastic!

This is a beautiful home, with high-end appliances, comfortable beds, and lots of room for family. We loved walking around the lake, and hiked the salmon run trail just down the street. Plus, there's a spectacular river hike just a short drive away.

This is great cottage. If you are interested in the cottages of Florida before the introduction of "The Condo" then this is a great find. The cottage has been updated and is very nice, great location, cottage was very clean. Vegetation is lush, grounds are well kept, Australian Pines provide great shade. I will return and will recommend.

It was our annual May gathering to kick off the 2018 golf year but with only 4 attending we settled on a smaller rental. This location was perfect for 2 rounds of golf at Suncadia. The big bonus was discovering Owen's Meat in Cle Elum! The house was perfect for our group. Well stocked kitchen, hot tub, comfy beds, great deck, ping pong & 20 minutes from golf course! Not a single complaint as this rental truly showed pride in ownership...we will be back! Also Kari, from property management, went above & beyond to make sure all went smoothly.

Great time at the cabin. Cabin was nice and clean and felt very cozy. Only thing I would recommend is adding some blinds to all the large windows in the front of the Cabin for more privacy.

We planned a 2017 spring break trip for our daughters(9 and 10 yo)and they wanted the most Beach Time possible. We reviewed hundreds of rentals and the listing for "Endless Summer on the Beach" appeared as the most desirable for our family! The staff at Sea Side Property Shop were very pleasant and very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. Our Unit (#C) was much nicer than we expected and offered the kids a Bed to Beach experience.Our unit was very clean, well stocked and the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. The Sea Side Property Shop and Endless Summer on the Beach Unit C, allowed our daughters to have the Beach living experience they were dreaming of. My wife and I are planning to reserve this unit again in the fall for a grown-up escape. ;)

The Week at Endless Summer was one of the best vacations I have ever spent at a rental property. The property was very clean and accommodating. I hope to make my visit a habit!!!

We were at the property for spring break week. While Clearwater was nuts to visit, the Indian Shores area was great. The condo was just what we needed.

It was great! The property management team could t be more accommodating.Our unit contained everything we could possibly need in terms of kitchen items. It was clean and the beach access was right out our door. Quiet evenings . The washer dryer units were included in the price. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

We've been coming here since 1999 . The only complaint i ever had was over the pull-out couch ( sofa bed ) . That has now been replaced and the new one is great . We're already booked for next year .

Truly a very peaceful and a relaxing vacation experience, even with the aftermath of Hurricane Hermine.

What can i say that i have not already said . A great place to stay and wonderful people to stay with - the permanent tenants ,the vacationers and Seaside Property Shoppe that is in charge .That is why we are coming back next year .

I have stayed in this location two weeks each year for many years. It is not as well maintained as it was before the current management company took charge, but the former owners took exceptionally good care of the place. Some nice upgrades were made by the current management a little over a year ago, including bath renovation, flat screen TVs, and new flooring, all much appreciated. My main concern is the unit is not as clean as it should be. Also, the Venetian blinds don't fit the windows in the doors, and the porch furniture badly needs replacing. The view of the Gulf and proximity to the beach are marvelous. Two excellent restaurants are a short distance way by car, Salt Rock and Guppy's, both with early dinner pricing.

Great place,great location, private, romantic, super chill. I totally recommend this place for couples. It was like having our own beach. We got lucky and ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Love this place! I would be remiss if I didn't give props & thanks to Sharon at Seaside Property Shoppe she was a super pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with the WiFi, I called Sharon she had someone there in less then 45 min. When he couldn't fix the problem Sharon came out herself and fixed it. Thanks again Sharon you are the best!

Booked Endless Summer with peace, quiet, serenity and calming beauty as our goal. Easily attained all of these and had the most relaxed and restful vacation experience we could have imagined. We have and will do it again and again...

I was happily surprised when I saw the unit. It is spacious and comfortable. Being right on the beach made going back and forth easy. It was easy to relax and enjoy the beach for a wonderful week.

Great location, clean and a very helpful staff. Couldn't be better!!

We love OUR Florida home . Almost everything is perfect but i do have one small complaint and it is directed at the pull-out couch on which a night's sleep is an impossibility . That is the only complaint i have for an otherwise PERFECT place .

I did forget hair dryer but we really did like the price and the place.would go back again. Thanks

This was a different year as the complex was under construction . There was a lot of inconvenience but that was to be expected under the circumstances . Overall it is still a one of a kind complex and we love it - or we would not have booked our 16TH year starting in December 2014 !

Our 1st week was very restful and enjoyable but the 2nd week no so much. The top level was rented to a number of men who were very very noisey every evening,foul language.. so much so that we could not sit outside in the evening although we could still hear them inside.Parking was a problem when these men were there but the management fixed it. We plan to return next year but will check with management to ensure that these men will not be there again.
