Large house that had pretty much everything. Clean, accommodating for 13 of us.
Pros:
-Plenty of beds
-clean
-large open kitchen with everything you need
-large couch to relax
-big finished basement with tons of beds and games to play
-tons of relax space outside, hot tub

-need a second fridge for so many people
-downstairs bathroom

It was ok the first day. The house count was up to 16 people and when my guest arrived there was no internet as in WIFI.. you could watch tv but that was it! And we bearly had any hot water

Beautiful house that provides everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! The kids loved the big toys downstairs that helped to entertain them during the cold weather. They never got bored. Our only complaint would be the inflexibility of the host to allow us to park just one more vehicle (6 instead of 5) on the property which has a parking lot large enough to park at least 10 vehicles. We reached out to request permission instead of just going ahead and parking the extra vehicle and they wouldn’t allow it. Which then meant we had to spend an hour driving all over town looking for somewhere to leave a vehicle and then worry about it getting broken into. This added an extra stress to our vacation that so easily could have been avoided if the host had been more reasonable.

My family went for a 4 day trip here. The house is open concept on the main floor with a pretty complete kitchen. The kids loved the downstairs area with the sleeping area/ entertainment area. This was needed because one of the days was pretty smokey outside from the Spokane fires. Proximity to the lake was great as well

This is a great property, lots of space, very clean, comfortable beds, game room a big plus for the kids. I would appreciate some shelves or drawers in the closets/bedrooms to put clothes in. What I was not happy about is that there was no salt in the kitchen when we arrived late at night and wanted to cook dinner. We had to go get some from the neighbors. Also no dishwashing liquid so all pots and pans that do not go into dishwasher were greasy. We were also running low on toilet paper (just 4 extra rolls for 3-day weekend/10 people), garbage bags and hot tub towels. This property would be been perfect if it was stocked properly.

It was wonderful, I have stayed at Bayview many times in fact my parents owned a comdo there. Unit 101 was super I loved that it was an end unit overlooking the intercoastal, look forward to renting it again next year.

Gulf of Mexico access right across the street for beach lovers. I loved this view much more due to the variety of birds during low tide and the boat activity.

This was a lovely stay! The home was big, bright, and inviting. Jazz music was playing when we arrived and the showers somehow never ran out of hot water even with so many guests needing to rinse off after a wonderful dip in the hot tub! The nearby towns also make for a cute exploration.
