The Cabin was spotlessly clean and well organized. The game room provided hours of fun for six adults as we played “tournaments” of pingpong, air hockey, and foosball followed by basketball shootouts and raucous Connect Four. The hot tub soothed sore muscles.

We had a fantastic time visiting! The home was clean and the beds were SO comfortable! It was in a great location and our kids enjoyed biking in the cul de sac, visiting the little jungle gym and walking around the neighborhood. It fit two adult couples and 3 little kids just great! The outside fire pit area and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed the very clean garage game room. Would definitely stay again!

We had a nice time staying in the cabin at Roslyn Ridge. The house is located in Ronald, just a few minutes from Roslyn where we did most of our eating. The game room and hot tub were a nice touch to have at the house. Our kids loved playing in the game room and we loved soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. The house was clean and had everything we would need during our stay. The only downside is that the pool associated with neighborhood is not included with your stay. It’s $10 per person per day for a 2 hour reservation. I wish the house came with a pool pass and we could go as many times as we liked without having to pay every time. Other than that, the house was great.

The property was just what we were looking for in a winter getaway! Plenty of space for our 2 families. We were happy to be able to bring our pup with us, but could see a little bit of evidence (dog hair) of previous pets. We were looking forward to the hot tub but had trouble getting it to maintain temp when we wanted to use it. I'm sure the friendly mgmt co would've helped but it was the last night & we let it go. Almost everything you need was supplied - even hot tub towels. We didn't venture out much, but just enjoyed watching the snow fall through the big picture windows while playing games on the large dining table. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay & we will probably come again sometime. I would recommend!

I have booked my share of vacations. This company is BY FAR the friendliest and easiest to work with!! We enjoyed our stay in Roslyn Ridge neighborhood. Easy access to local attractions and outdoor activities. The house itself has a cozy feel, comfy beds, and all the things you would want in a rental property. But honestly, what really stood out is the company VR365. I have been nickeled and dimed by VRBO and other companies. I did run into one small issue and this company jumped at the opportunity to fix it. I will definitely use this company and not the others when booking in this area!! Diana was the rep helping me and she was AMAZING!!!!

This property is very well stocked with all things you need except food, wine, clothes and your toothbrush. We came over to attend my son's wedding on October 31. Being in the time of covid-19 the ceremony was in a field up in the Teanaway. The house was a great location for family to gather for breakfast before the ceremony with 10 people. Very comfortable, quiet and a nice location.

We had a wonderful stay at “The Cabin” for our Thanksgiving holiday. We spent it with family and grandchildren who came home from college and had a wonderful time laughing & making memories.

The house was very nice. Good place to stay with kids. House is located in small cul-de-sac so no street noise and safe for kids to run around. Kitchen was nicely furnished with utensils and what not. Each bedroom was a good size and beds and pillows were comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean house with comfortable beds - most important two factors for me. Enjoyed the game room and having access to the playground and pool. We had all our meals at the house and the kitchen was fully equipped. Barbecue worked well for burgers - all in all a very good stay.

We had a great time at The Cabin. Since the beginning of our stay was very hot it was great to have air conditioning. The large dining table was great for big family meals. At the last minute my husband and I decided to spend a week at the beach and we wanted to take our dog. We had never stayed at IRB but the location was perfect (and we would go back again). The location was quiet but close to restaurants and ice cream shops. The cottage was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay (including a nice grassy area in front that was perfect for the pooch!). But the place was below our standards for cleanliness and we wound up running the vacuum and washing glasses the first day of our stay. In addition, we enjoy "natural settings" but the landscaping was overgrown to the point that the view of the beach/Gulf was limited from the windows facing the beach. But the positives far outweighed the negatives and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the sun drenched living room in the mornings.
Just know the wifi here is significantly slower than other cabins in the area. They have satellite wifi. It was great for us because we were able to get the teenagers more involved and nobody had a phone! However, my husband wanted to do a bit of work and wasn't able to, so if it's really important, it's good to know :)
We will stay in the cabin again, we loved it!

The only downside (very, very minor) was that the notes around the cabin regarding rules and loss of deposit were a bit over the top (pay for replacement or repair if hot coffee cups are set on the dining room table?!).

We had a great time with our kids and Grand-kids. There was a little misunderstanding on our arrival time so the cabin wasn't done being cleaned but it was taken care of promptly and our checkout time was extended to make up for the difference, which was very nice! the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, a hand mixer would be a nice addition though. The cabin is really nice and has plenty of room for sleeping the 9 it's advertised to handle. The inside was great; however, the outside was covered in sawdust and roofing nails from recent additions that were done to accommodate the hot tub. Parking is very cramped with barely enough room for 2 vehicles and the road is 1 car wide (just the road in front of the cabin itself) which makes parking challenging, particularly when the house across the street is occupied and the road is slick with snow and ice.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the town of Roslyn. We attended the log show and the farmers market. The activity center is a great addition.The staff was so friendly made us feel right at home. We had plenty of room with 6 adults and 1 child. We will visit again! The property manager is very helpful and professional.

We had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was exactly what I expected. The outside area was not really the best situation for our two dogs. They frequently brought in stickers. I thought the overgrowth was a definite negative for us. The overgrowth in the back also hindered the amount of room on the patio.

This cabin was perfect for my young family (and grandparents!). With close access to a large community pool, and a short distance to the lake and trails, this was a perfect getaway to get away with fun for the whole family!
The cabin was clean and well appointed, and the management was very helpful in recovering items the kids left behind.

My husband and i took the kids and thier friends on vacation here, what a wonderful cabin. It was clean and beautiful, the table was large enough for big family meals. Great location too. We hiked in Ellensburg one day, then spent a day at Speelyi beach on Lake Cle Elum, one day at the community pool, and one day fishing at Salmon la Sac. We cant wait to come back!

I was in the area for a conference in Suncadia. The cabin was located nearby. We did a lot of day hikes during our down time. This is a very beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay. VR365 was very pleasant to work with.

We have stayed here several times.The cottage has a lot of charm and is very comfortable.The kitchen and bath are both modern but the rest of the cottage is interesting with original features of old Florida. The view of the gulf is great. It is a private location but close to everything.
The management is fantastic. Any problems,you just call and it will be taken care of quickly and with a smile.

This was a great trip for a girls weekend. We loved the area, the weather, the house was amazing and the pool facility was great to have close by. The used the bbq and table outside for dinner one night which was perfect. I would definitely rent this cabin again. Thanks!

The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit and the recreational center that was in the same complex. My college-aged boys played basketball, used the fitness center, and pool and hot tub. We brought our boat so it was great to have the lake and boat launch so close. What an incredible lake! We also did some hiking, which was very close. We liked that the Yakima River was so close because we floated it in a raft the last day. I would recommend this home to everyone. The property manager Derek was great. He was professional, polite, and helpful.

This house was great! it easily accommodated our party of 8 with beds for everyone. it was a short drive from roslyn and about 15 minutes to suncadia. we would definitely stay here again.
