We had an awesome experience with vacation rental! They were extremely communicative and helpful with assistance, as well as enthusiastic in their responses. The property was really well kept, clean, and beautiful. Our group had an excellent time here.

Lovely and comfortable for a large crowd like ours: 9 adults and 9 children! LOts to do in the area for a variety of ages. The game room was a big hit and the weather was perfect for bike riding and walking.

The house was lovely. Great for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked (sharp knives a bonus). My biggest issue was that there was NO pool table. We specifically chose this place because family members liked to play pool. I contacted VR365 through email to confirm and received an email back stating there was a pool table with an attached video showing a pool table. However, when we arrived there wasn't one. That was disappointing. House was clean, response from customer service good. We did have a pipe freeze and maintenance came to help warm the pipe so we would have water. The place was clean and well maintained.

We stayed at this gorgeous property for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, we opened the door and were met with a beautiful Christmas tree- so magical! There were 6 adults and 6 children in our group and the house had plenty of space for all of us to be together (or spread out), enjoy meals together, and have fun. The kids loved the game room in the garage (yay for it being heated!) as well as the bunk room. The adults loved the well-stocked kitchen, huge great room, and how clean everything was. We have stayed at several properties in Suncadia and this one is our new favorite. My only recommendation would be to invest in some new sleds (the ones there were very worn out).

This is a beautiful large house with lots of cleaning nicely frinished rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic View to the golf course.
Above all the team that we rented from which is vacation rental 365, one of our members had lost his car key in one of the couches and was carpooling with some other friends.
That was Sunday morning so we called for help after everybody had left and we got somebody to go from this beautiful organization find the key so we can go back and retrieve it in the same day.
Services beyond believe and they are super friendly whatever it takes for them to help they will do way above and beyond thank you

We stayed for a family vacation. We had a great time the kids loved the game room and we made great use of it. The house was great, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for large family cooking. I would recommend this house for a great time with your family.

Great house beautiful location but so many small things just off or weird with the house - Wifi problems from the very beginning - lighting issues in the kitchen requiring us to flip fuses and at one point cook in the dark ad of course a very common problem with all rentals I come across in that no one EVER cleans the bbq so a huge grease fire when we went to use it for dinner. Beautiful location on the course that was chipped away at every turn by small things that could have been avoided.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The amenities were great! The property management was responsive to requests. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not working well which was inconvenient with 18 guests. Overall we enjoyed this house.

The only issues we had were with the kitchen appliances. The oven did not work the entire stay. The fridge has a water button that is broken and the dishwasher does not do a good job of cleaning silverware.

clean, large well lit place, very relaxing and appropriate for a large group. hot tub, firepit were very nice and there was good access to local hiking trails, parks, and shopping with a car.

We recently stayed with a large group of 16, including 8 kids, and the house was perfect! The room with 4 sets of bunk beds was great for the kids. The house came well stocked with dishes and utensils. All of the linens and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the plastic dishes and night lights were nice for the younger ones. The back yard has a hot tub and gas fire pit. This was a beautiful house, and was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club #717. This was our 1st time visiting this area of Florida and we really loved it. The condo had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the view of the waterway out the back sliders and side windows also. Views everywhere. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms/showers could use a bit of updating. Master bed was very comfortable! Slept wonderfully!

This property is very convenient to the beach . The view of the bay is wonderful. The only thing I say is that the second bedroom had two twin beds not full or double. It wasnt a big deal for us but would be if you needed to put more than two people in that room. You might want to bring some towels with you from home if you are staying more than a weekend. Other than that this place is awesome clean and you can walk to one of the best restaurant in the area Salt!!

Great month in Indian Shores. Beautiful beach, great restaurants, lots to do and see. Unit was great, spacious and bright. Beautiful views out every window.
Would have liked a king bed in master suite, but for a few weeks was adequate.
Also, think cleaners need more time between customers as we had to do some cleaning when we arrived.

We very much enjoyed our 7th floor condo at Bayshore. The balcony views of the waterway with all the boats heading in and out was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with enough kitchen supplies to tend to our meal needs. We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for walks and sunsets. An all around great experience.

End unit condo was clean, quiet with a great view of the intercostal. Well kept property grounds. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach.

Great condo location. Clean. Liked the quiet waterway location and yet easy access to the ocean across the street. Well supplied with sporting equipment, games and reading material. Nice updated appliances and TVs. A larger lounge chair and updated guest shower would make it our most favorite place for years. We hope to go back next year!

The vacation property was in a great location. The property itself could have provided more amenities (more towels, bath mats, etc). We also have trouble with the lock on our door that took a few days to get squared away, but worked well after! The description in the rental for the beds was also misleading. Said the guest room have two fulls but was actually two double beds. However I Would recommend this place.

We had a very restful, peaceful, quiet week in the condo. The people around were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place for up to six people even though there were just two of us. It is very roomy and clean just like home! We loved the balcony (7th floor breeze was always great!) with all he privacy. It was a few minutes walk to the water, but there are few places to eat within walking distance. A short drive will get you to Crabby Bills, The Pub, Keegans, and many other great places. We had a great time!

This condo is a great location! It is quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony, where we enjoyed watching the seabirds, the boats, the sunrise, and an occasional dolphin. We also enjoyed long walks on the beach, just across the road, and watching the beautiful sunsets both from the beach and from our front balcony. We were happy to see that this unit has four tennis racquets along with golf balls and putters for enjoying the tennis courts and putting green. Both were never busy. The pool was warm and inviting, though the pool area was completely in the shade after 3 pm during our visit, so we tried to time our pool visits accordingly. We were glad to have two bikes to ride, though one of them did not work very well so I ended up riding solo most of the time.

We would certainly recommend this unit to other guests.
