Nice to have such a clean place. Great location and all items in the house for small appliances. Bed was comfortable and quiet house/neighborhood. Great garage fun, and pack n play and high chair was awesome adders too!
Only a few small things: Dishwasher needs to be fixed or replaced, pillows are too big and not comfortable, unfortunate no access to suncadia pools renting this path with vrbo (but we still found a way...).
Due to no easy pool access I may not Rent this way in the future.

Great location close to amenities and clean. The home was equipped with everything we needed. I was amazed the kitchen the kitchen had a spice rack, an array of additional small appliances for convenience, ample dishes and cookware. One of the best kitchen vacation rentals I've been in. Ample room for everyone to do their own thing.

Our group of friends spent a weekend in November at this rental property in Suncadia. The house was very nice, it seems recently remodeled, has fully equipped kitchen. The garage was a nice surprise - it is converted to a play area with tennis table, mini basketball, sofas and large screen TV.

Suncadia is a very family-friendly place - it is very quiet, has a lot of hiking trails and golf courses amongst fur trees. There is a large lodge with restaurant and a winery nearby.

Thought it was tacky that the property limited paper products available, had no tissue or hair conditioner and couldn’t promise basics like foil and plastic wrap. This was a pricy property. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the first time I encountered this.

We had a great trip to this house in Suncadia over Thanksgiving break. At first I was a little concerned about having everything we needed to cook for this event but the house was very well stocked with everything we needed! We ran out of paper towels and VR365 was super responsive in bringing some over for us! Everything was very clean and organized and the games in the garage were great to have on a rainy day. We will definitely stay again!

Home sweet home for our short vacay at one of our favorite places! Very clean and everything you could ask for in a luxury beach vacation rental. Staff at the Seaside Reality Shoppe were very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of space and very sound proof building, even with the rental below. Definitely will come back again! The view in itself is tranquilizing!

We took our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and beach area.

A wonderful condo right on the beach. Really the only minus was the inability to access the DVD player in the media room. It seems silly to have a theater, but not allow access to a DVD player. Short of that, it was a great stay!!

This is a very large condo with a lot of room for everyone. Each bedroom has its own nice bath. Nicely furnished. Beautiful beach. The rental agency is very good to deal with. We had some questions about the pool,and the electronics, and the agency sent people right over.

We had a five day family vacation (6 adults and 4 children under the age of 8) at this property. It was gorgeous, the pool (which we had to ourselves) was lovely, and the beach was PERFECT. The house was well equipped and spotless. Lots of beach towels, beach equipment, and kids beach and pool toys. And, a billiard table, which was a great hit. The only criticism I have is that the master bed is on a platform, and both my husband and I each forgot about it once, and each fell off, once. Other than that, the house was perfect. I recommend it highly!

(And i also recommend the management company. We left my grandson's baseball cap at the house, and they kindly offered to mail it to us. Great service!)

The perfect getaway!

We had a family gathering - two daughters, one son-in-law, three college-age grandkids, one 8-year old great-grandkid, my husband and I and it was probably as close to perfect as one could get. Not cheap, but we felt that it was worth what we paid for it.

We had the top two floors. The master suite is to die for. The other bedrooms were nice and adequate. The kitchen and great room were fantastic. We had only two issues: 1. My husband is disabled and relied on the elevator which didn't work properly for about two days - but healed itself?? 2. The room with the bunk beds and Murphy bed did not get enough air flow and was hot even with the ceiling fan blowing.

The proximity - close - to the beach was great.

The balconies were great. The pool was pleasant. The grills worked well. The cabana was enjoyed. We weren't promised pool toys, beach chairs and beach towels but were pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of all.

Great place to gather the family. Views are beautiful! No need to go out, the kitchen is well equipped and enormous. The cabana was an added bonus room for the kids to hang out in.
Nice neighborhood and convenient to John's Pass, where you can find restaurants and activities.
Sharon at Seaside Property Shoppe was great to work with from start of the reservation to the time we checked out.There if we needed her for anything during our stay.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach get away.

We have rented several beach homes, and this one is at the top! Very clean, upgraded everything, a vacation luxury unit!
Comfortable beds, best beach views/access, full size elevator, heated pool and spa. A place to call home away from home and then some!!

Most enjoyable time with family and friends. Tremendous sunsets during our stay...you could almost hear the sun "sizzle" as it hit the Gulf waters at sunset. Accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable and spacious seating and eating areas.

I loved staying at this property. It was pristine and had all the amenities you could wish for. The master suite on the top floor was larger than my first house. The elevator was a perfect solution for my dear,not terribly mobile mother-in-law.

The only downside is that if there is a large group staying in the first floor condo it can make the pool sharing a bit tight. But with such a wide open, uncrowded, beautiful white sand beach that was mere feet from the door, it was not that big an issue.

Loved the Gulf Bistro for a nice traditional French meal (a nice change of pace from all the grouper sandwiches0. For Italian, we loved Mario's.

Wonderful house!

This home is incredible, the pictures here do not do justice to the home, pool or even the beach. We take 4 to 6 beach vacations per year and this is our new favorite spot. The home is huge, beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained and has amazing views. The cabana by the pool has a pool table, ping pong, large screen TV, bar, dinner/game table, etc and made full days on the beach and pool convenient. It is also a great place for little ones to get out of the sun for a nap or some down time. The location is in a small pocket of all residential homes so the beach feels private. A 5-minute ride north or south and you have great restaurants, night life and shops. Everyone in our party agreed that there is truly nothing to be improved on here. It was just a perfect week at the beach.

Just returned from a six day stay at this wonderful place. The house is in a great location with a quiet section of the beach, the pool was terrific, and the home beyond words for our family of seven adults and two infants. Stay in and cook some of your meals in the fantastic kitchen and dining area or drive a mile or two in either direction for multiple food choices. Our adult kids were very impressed. Great place!!
