Rented this house with 7 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space. The game room was amazing. Parents and kids alike, loved that the kids room, being upstairs, was separated from rhe rest of the communal space. Hoping to make this a yearly get away. We'll be back!

This house exceed our expectations. Has a lot of room for a party of 16. The 8 kids dorm likely room was a treat to our 9-16 years old kids. The house is clean, and the kitchen has all what you need. Vacation rental 365 were very responsive and helpful

Perfect stay for a group of 4 families. Huge living room was nice for kids to run around. The game room in the garage is stocked with all sorts of games you can think of - ping pong, pool table, basketball, foosball etc. It's also less than a mile from Lake Cle Elum. So good options of outdoor activities as well. All in all, a perfect place to spend a weekend outdoors, in the comfort of a house!

Unbelievable --they have paid attention to every detail with this rental --there is absolutely nothing you would want that you can't find already here I rarely reached for anything that I had brought with me -weather cooperated and the snow allowed us to sled right from the house and the huge circular driveway allowed the kids to ride in circles and made trailer parking the easiest--
The Christmas decorations in every room was such a nice touch --
Furniture was very comfortable much of it looked brand new --
There seem to be more TV's then they say and best of all every 2 days there was a kid that came to check the hot tub AND take the garbage !!! That's a big deal being there 2 weeks at Christmas !!!
We usually stay in the Ronald area at Christmas -- 20 minutes CleElum has a Safeway --Owens meats and the bakery right across the street --there are restaurants in town also check out The Cottage Cafe or head the other way to The Ole' Number 3 and The Brick in Roslyn for some fun history-- this is the only place I'll want to renting from now on--if outside is too cold the heated garage has been turned into a game room so adults and kids can all find a good time inside

I cannot say enough about this home.
A few friends and I rented the property for a weekend away. The moment they walked through the door the oogling began.
We absolutely loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining room & living room. It was extremely nice as I would cook meals, but I was still involved with everyone else.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, with enough room to breathe, and only one bathroom needs to be shared.
The game room is out of this world amazing! And I loved that there were two fridge's so we could properly store all items for our 4 day trip.
The kitchen was stocked completely with everything we needed, even some seasonings and other items I wouldn't have expected.
I cannot say enough about this property and we look forward to visiting it again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our three families. The open floorplan made it feel like we all had our own space.
We were super looking forward to the game room as my husband is a pinball collector, but were disappointed that there was no pinball or arcade game that were advertised in the listing. Maybe the pictures need to be updated. The XBox was also inoperable as was the toaster.
We also arrived early and I tried multiple times to text the number that was provided for "if you need anything" with no response... ever! Thankfully, there was an employee at the neighboring home and he was able to contact someone and they allowed us in a bit earlier, which was appreciated!
We loved the hot tub, puzzle and the game room. Overall, we had an amazing time!

The house is set up nicely for multiple families with kids and everyone had a great time. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Evergreen Mountain Lodge! The house is very big and spacious with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs. There are so many spaces to hang out and things to do. The game room is one of the best I have ever seen in a rental house. The hot tub was great for the adults in the group, and there was a separate room where kids could Watch movies, and play video games. The house was very clean and nicely decorated—it was so comfortable it made us feel at home.
The property management company was very helpful and responsive to our questions.
I highly recommend this vacation rental!

What a wonderful experience. The booking was seamless and the stay was exactly what we hoped and dreamed to get away from reality. Wonderful Labor Day weekend at EML. The house is stocked with everything you need. Games, kitchen items, towels, etc. We really enjoyed the large yard out front too! Plenty of parking and close to the lake. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first year renting this home and it was absolutely perfect for our annual BC Family Day long weekend family trip together. We had 13 adults, 3 kids and 1 adorable French bulldog and there was more than enough room for everyone. The family room is super cozy and more than large enough for everyone to enjoy family game night, or just curl up on the sofa and read a book. The open floor plan (kitchen, eating area and living room) is ideal as it allows everyone to stay connected. The bedrooms on the main floor were very comfortable and the loft area was ideal for bunking all the kids together. The games room (garage) was a huge hit with everyone and offered so many different options (pool table, foos ball, ping pong, basketball shooting game and air hockey etc.)
Although there were a few issues with the hot tub when we first arrived and a minor electrical issue in the games room, VR365 was very responsive and took care of things immediately (even when we called them out during a snow storm).
I would highly recommend this home for any large family or a group of friends wanting a cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend time together. We had such a wonderful time, that we are already booked to come back next year!

This was one of the best Rental Property’s we’ve stayed at. Our reservation was smooth, the staff was very helpful! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the property was even better then it looked like on the pictures. It is very specious, clean and very well maintained. The game room in the garage was one of the biggest reasons we ordered this cabin and everyone definitely enjoyed it. It snowed everyday during our stay, making the experience that much better. When it was time for us to check out, the management was very understanding and put safety first we greatly appreciate that).
Our whole group had so much fun and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!!!

This is our second straight year renting this home and it is a great house for for a large family. The family room is very large and has space for everyone to enjoy a movie or watching a football game. The bedrooms are large and the loft has many beds for multiple kids to share a room. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made it easy to cook large meals and we had plenty of room for all to sit and eat together. We spent a lot of time in the garage game room. It has a pool table, foos ball, ping pong and a basketball shooting game. Perfect for all to enjoy. I would highly recommend this home for any large family or a group of friends wanting a nice, clean and comfortable place to spend time together. VR365 was very easy and helpful to work with as well.

Our family enjoyed 4 days at this beautiful and cozy home. The home is spacious and open. We loved the open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and eating nook all in the same area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The extra bunk was wonderful for our youngsters. The game room in the garage space was so fun for our family. The house was gorgeous overall and had a really nice amount of space. We loved the kitchen and that there were two refrigerators (that was CRUCIAL), loved that there were nice lawn chairs we could use, loved the beds and bedding and ample space, loved having the game room, loved being within walking distance of Cle Elum Lake, appreciated the fans in bunk room and master.
The only issues we had were:
1. There were not enough towels. I had been told that there would be two bath towels per person. We did not find that to be the case. There were definitely not enough kitchen towels/rags. We had to do laundry a couple times just to get the kitchen towels back into use.
2.The front lawn is a great space, but since the grass was so dead it was hard for us to play the lawn games we intended to play on it due to very spiky plants and slippery dead grass.
3. It was LOVELY to have AC, but the thermostat being set (and constantly reset) to 68 was a bit chilly. I think 70 would suffice.
4. The 'powder room' toilet runs - the handle has to be flipped up manually to make it stop running. This can be noisy and also a waste of water ( :
5. The ice machine doesn't produce enough ice. Consider adding ice trays so we could make our own ice.

The home itself is very cozy and has all the amenities you would want (hot tub, fire pit, awesome garage game room). Plenty of space for people to spread out. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and friends! The home and property was perfect for several families to stay at, have fun, and enjoy. Great floor plan for multiple families and kids. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill behind the house as well as driving the kids snowmobiles around the driveway in the snow. The adults enjoyed the proximity to Cle Elum Ridge and being able to ride snowmobiles to the local restaurants. The game room in the garage was a big hit for both adults and kids as well. The property management (Derek, Vacation 365)was very accessible, helpful, and had done a great job setting things up prior to our stay. Notes throughout the house were very helpful to ensure rules were followed and overall helped set our stay up for success. Very nice accommodations and we're planning on returning again next winter to the same property. Great location, property, and the management company did a great job! This home was great for our extended family weekend get together that we do every year. The home was nice decorated, very cozy and clean. The layout was wonderful for everyone to be together and the game room was a huge hit. We made all of our meals in and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We had a couple of issues and the maintenance team arrived and helped get the issues resolved. The only drawback was it was a chilly weekend and the fireplace in the living did not work. The Evergreen Mountain Lodge was perfect for our annual glamping trip with friends! There were 15 of us and we all found it super spacious and clean. There was also plenty to do in the games room. The hot tub was a bonus for when it cooled down in the evening and it was a great spot for star gazing. The best part was that it was just a 15 minute walk away from Speelyi Beach Park, where kayak and paddle board rentals were only for $30 for the entire day.
Keri and Calli were also very friendly and helpful! They provided me with a lot of information about the cabin and activities to do near the lodge.
I would highly recommend staying at Evergreen Mountain Lodge for a weekend getaway, especially for large groups!

We had a wonderful time at the Evergreen Mountain Lodge. We stayed there for 6 nights with our 3 daughters, their husbands and their children. There was plenty of room for everyone, especially the children. We spent a couple of days at the lake which is a couple of minutes away. We went into Rosyln a couple of times for Ice Cream at Maggies and for she Sunday Market. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. The description of the home was accurate. I would definitely recommend this place for a family to get together. The house was well stocked with games, movies, household items and on.

This 3-day retreat at Evergreen Mountain Lodge was a wonderful experience and everything we needed for our guests. The space was huge even for our party of 20. The open space made it comfy enough to have movie nights in the livingroom where most of us naturally gathered. The bonus was not the playroom, jacuzzi, or firepit but our special guests: DEER! We were surprised at how they just appeared in the backyard while we were having breakfast. Our neighbors were actually noisier when they passed by but we still had a good time with no complaints. Definitely will recommend again.

It was great! Even though Tropical Storm Alberto was in for the first 3 days, the condo was a great place to chill during the storm. the internet and power stayed up and we were able to watch movies and eat. Shower was fantastic and having 3 balconies was also great.

We stayed for 8 days. Our family of four ( two children ages 5 and 8) had a great time. The area is perfect for families and adults looking to get away. The unit is amazing and has 3 balconies; the views are wonderful. We will use Seaside again for our next stay in the area.

Overall our trip was very nice. The condo was plenty big for the 4 of us. There was a bit of confusion about getting the key to condo. Had to purchase paper towel and toilet paper. This should be provided. The bedding was a bit old and could be updated. Remote for tv needed new batteries and none available in condo. The pool and pool deck were plenty big. Plenty of lounges for everyone. Staff at Beach Cottages very friendly. Would stay there again.

Instead of having you return to our office at 9:00 pm at night, we went back to the office and delivered the keys down to you while you were at a restaurant. Not good, Realtor ( Sharon) would not even return phone calls.
We needed to come home early and they would not honor our request. Even asked for phone number of owners as we have stayed there several years and came home a week early due to family death on two occasions and never asked for any money back. We came home early anyway and they did not refund any money. We also were able to get 8 nice mesh used chairs for balcony as theirs were cheap plastic, and not so much as a Thank you, Worn out love seat with a throw on it. They are not going to upgrade furniture etc. paper thin sheets etc. great view was the positive. ALWAYS left place better than we found it.

You have been a return customer for five years. You were given a very good rental rate each year that was never brought up to market rental rate. Each year, you requested something new (mattress/flatware), and received it. Prior to your arrival this year, we painted the entire unit. We returned every call and replied to every email (2) we received from you in a timely manner. You stated you needed to leave after just a couple of weeks of being here. You never once stated the reason for wanting to depart early or even implied that there was an emergency. We held this unit for you every year. Our policy states, as you know, that we are unable to refund your monies if you cancel within sixty-one days of the first night of the booking. To have a unit blocked all year and then return the funds would not be advantageous to the owner obviously. We could only assume, since you never stated why you wanted to leave, that you were unhappy with our January weather, as the temperatures were lower than normal. Interesting, that when February's temperatures increased way above normal, you continued to stay at the unit almost until the last day of your stay. As far as the owners not upgrading anything, they had already bought a new sofa during your stays. They have also purchased new bed covers and linens. We cannot help that you were not happy with the responses you received, but you did indeed RECEIVE RESPONSES. Sharon/Management

We celebrated holidays here with extended family. The large great room was the perfect hang-out space for everyone. It is cozy with plenty of comfortable seating for all.
We had some specific inquiries about kitchen for our holiday dinner set-up. The cleaning crew & concierge worked together to satisfactorily address questions & including sending through photos, which was a bonus & not requested. Compliments to their customer service. It was nice to have a real person (the concierge, Keri) with whom to communicate directly, with everything going solely online these days.
We did have a few issues with the hot water and the fireplace not working. We were able to trouble shoot the fireplace ourselves by looking up the user's manual online.

My family vacations every winter with 3 other families and this year we stayed at Evergreen Mountain Lodge. What a wonderful home! Spotless, inviting and large! Comfortably fit 8 adults and 3 children. Kitchen is large and well-stocked. Game room is so much fun (but we couldn't find a foosball?). Upstairs room is perfect for kids to sleep. We did have a slight issue with not getting hot water in the bathrooms/showers but always had it in the kitchen. VR365 took care in our concern and I'm sure will look into it! 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and we would LOVE to have Kings in there ;) We plan to book again for next years getaway (and maybe many years after that!).

We are a group of neighbors from Bellevue that get together once a year for a hiking/golf/adventure weekend. With 20 of us between the 2 houses (Cascade Lodge next door), it was an amazing. The 2 homes were perfect for 10 couples. The homes were both very nicely appointed with decor, top line furnishings, and the best game rooms I have ever seen. Some great memories will be watching college football in the game room while ping pong, pool, and foosball tournaments happening simultaneously. We initially planned to stay in Suncadia, but for our group this was the perfect location with privacy, close to trailheads, and still able to golf in Suncadia

We rented both Evergreen Mountain Lodge and the next door Cascade Mountain Villa for our family reunion. Cousins came from all over the U.S. and most remarked on the beauty of both the area and the houses. Each house was spotless and spectacular. They matched their online description to a T.
We fed 15 people 10 meals during our stay. While the kitchen is stocked with many items, the cookware is not sufficient for cooking for a large crowd. We were very glad we brought a large stock pot and two electric griddles.
We did bring many things that were not needed as they were supplied at the houses such as: coffee filters, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, spices, and sponges. If that information was on the website, I missed it.
There were times that we felt like bad little children reading all the do's and don'ts signs posted at the houses. We finally changed our perspective about that when we decided that the signs are indicative of how disrespectfully some guests treat these magnificent homes.

Everything you need is there at the home, games, movies, hot tub, fire pit, cooking pans, plates, utensils, linens, shampoo, bath wash, etc. They thought of everything. The home and property is so clean, inviting and relaxing. The large home was a great fit for our family. The lake access and beach is close too. Everyone thought it was the best home we have ever been in for our family reunions. The games in the garage were a big hit: Pinball, air hockey, rock band, foosball, pool, video games, etc. We saw deer, turkeys and quail often. The cute little town of Roslyn is near and was fun to explore. The show Northern Exposure was filmed there. Overall, we just couldn't have had a better week. There has never been nor is there currently a concern with the septic system; unfortunately, the reason the tank overflowed during your stay was because it was over-used during your stay. It appears as though you may have had more than the stated 30 people in your group who rented both Evergreen Mtn Lodge and Cascade Mtn Villa (located next door) for your family reunion. Due to the fact that EML has the largest kitchen and dining area, we are assuming this was the home where everyone congregated and spent most of their time. It appears the bathrooms were over-used and perhaps not everyone in your group respected the homes septic system rules. Evergreen Mountain Lodge is our #1 rental and in over 4 years we’ve had hundreds of guests stay there without ever having one issue. We planned a family road trip from Texas to Washington state. We knew we wanted to spend more time in Washington and it was well worth it! The kids as well as grownups loved the house and enjoyed the game room. We also had a great time going into the nearby towns for sightseeing and shopping. We would love to go back! Only two things to mention...the fireplace quit working after the first night. Called and talked to Derek who walked us through a possible fix. That didn't work so he personally came over with batteries for the control box. Got it working at that moment but it didn't start with the switch again after turning it off. We had to pull the screen off every time we wanted a fire and manually start it below.
The bonus room above the garage was so cold the people sleeping up there wore extra clothes to bed, one of them put their hoodie over their head to sleep!
Loved the location to snowmobile directly in and out to the trails.
Kitchen well stocked with plenty of everything for a large group. Very clean upon arrival. Home has a nice layout for people of all ages. Overall great trip ??

Evergreen Mountain Lodge, along with the adjacent Cascade Mountain Villa, was the perfect location for a recent family reunion and celebration of a family member's significant birthday. The great room was spacious and comfortable for lounging and visiting, the large outdoor patio table and hot tub made another popular gathering spot, as did the garage/game room. The fire pit would have been a ton of fun, but a burn ban prevented its use.
The home is very clean, well maintained and equipped, and well organized. The kitchen is very large and has a very nice range/cooktop. Due to the many cupboards and drawers, at times it was a bit of a treasure hunt to find the right pan, casserole or utensil.
Members of our family came from throughout the country and took advantage of the excellent location to take a river raft float trip on the Yakima, golf, hike, visit Leavenworth, and climb the "1000" stairs at SunCadia Lodge. We also spent time at the Sunday Roslyn Farmer's Market -- which definitely should not be missed!
All in all this beautiful and comfortable home was a perfect gathering spot. We couldn't recommend it more highly! We also appreciated the friendliness of the property management staff and their interest in responding to our inquiries and requests.

The home is situated on beautiful property in a quiet location. The home is well appointed with comfortable seating and beds. The layout was ideal for a family gathering where we had spaces to gather and spaces to our selves. The game room was a hit. The down side is that the water system malfunctioned such that there was no hot water in the primary master bathroom and limited hot water after 7-10 minutes in the secondary master bedroom. The bunkroom where the children stayed had near scalding hot water as it was located near the hot water heater. The kitchen is lovely, but not adequately appointed in utensils, silverware, etc for a group of 17. There were a group of 8 and we were scrambling for dishes and silverware at each meal. We would give this place 5 stars except that a primary bathroom was unusable for showers/baths and there kitchen isn't adequately stocked. The rental service brought over more forks the day before we left, but we had already purchased plastic utensils. The water issue did not get resolved. But for the two issues noted, we thought this was a terrific home and location.

The home is situated on beautiful property in a quiet location. The home is well appointed with comfortable seating and beds. The layout was ideal for a family gathering where we had spaces to gather and spaces to our selves. The game room was a hit. The down side is that the water system malfunctioned such that there was no hot water in the primary master bathroom and limited hot water after 7-10 minutes in the secondary master bedroom. The bunkroom where the children stayed had near scalding hot water as it was located near the hot water heater. The kitchen is lovely, but not adequately appointed in utensils, silverware, etc for a group of 17. There were a group of 8 and we were scrambling for dishes and silverware at each meal. We would give this place 5 stars except that a primary bathroom was unusable for showers/baths and there kitchen isn't adequately stocked. The rental service brought over more forks the day before we left, but we had already purchased plastic utensils. The water issue did not get resolved. But for the two issues noted, we thought this was a terrific home and location.

We love this condo. It's very quiet and has a great view of the Gulf. It's fairly well stocked but some of the kitchen items need to be replaced/pitched. There were general maintenance things that could have been addressed like burned out light bulbs and a loose toilet. We also felt the condo could have been cleaner--mirrors and patio doors were so streaked. We felt like we swept up a lot of sand that we didn't track in. Several of the dishes had to be rewashed before we could use them.
The pool area is awesome. The beach is wonderful BUT the red tide algae makes you cough and cough. It was disturbing to go to the beach and hear everyone cough. Because of the red tide we will seriously look into this before booking again in this area.

We had a wonderful time! The property was easy to find and close to a lot of snowshoe trails on Sasse and Hex Mountains. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Hot tub was warm when we got there! The kids were really excited to play pinball and airhockey, but neither of these worked. We had a great time playing the other games however. There was a lot of snow on the ground, but we were able to manage without 4WD. The property manager was very responsive and called to tell us the condition of the driveway before we got here. We had a great stay and will come back next year!

We rented this lovely home with a total of four families. There is ample space to spread out and relax even with a large party. The house is beautifully maintained and has everything you need. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have stayed in. The three car garage which has been converted into a game room was the highlight for many of us... there is something for everyone in there. The beds were comfortable as were the many spaces to hang out. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the house and will definitely rent here again.

My siblings and I wanted a place where we could all stay together for a weekend wedding. We came from different spots across the country, at different times/days. I simply forwarded the house info to everyone and they all found it easily. Everyone loved the house! The most appreciated factor was the cleanliness, it was spotless. The window in the shower upstairs is very low and not a good choice for adult women, but other than that, perfection. It was very easy to book and the management was great. I would highly recommend this home as a worry free vacation rental option. It's beautiful, inside and out.

14 of us trekked from Seattle for a fun weekend of games, hot tubbing, & cooking elaborate meals. The lodge was the perfect place for our weekend. All the couples had their own rooms & everyone had a bed. The kitchen was far better than any vacation rental I've stayed at. The knives are what I would use at home. I wish there were on-site recycling with the trash pick-up & a coffee grinder would be a great addition, but overall this was a GREAT place to stay. We had a wonderful time!

We love this unit!! It's so quiet and away from everything but still a great view of the Gulf!! The kitchen is well equipped except some of the pans need to be pitched because they're rusty. Love the remodeled master shower. We were frustrated with general repairs..stopper in second bathroom sink wouldn't work; smoke detector hanging from the ceiling; poor condition of patio furniture. We also would request that more paper products be left in the unit...paper towels, coffee filters, toilet tissue, facial tissue. We have booked this unit for next year but there are a few things we'd like to see improved upon.

Highly recommend a grouper fish sandwich from Dockside Dave (Madeira Beach). Must have a steak from E&E Steak Outgrill (Bellaire Bluffs)and of course a burger at Crabby Bill's in Indian rocks. Pinellas Trail goes from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg. Great place for a bike ride. Highly recommend Beach cottage II for a winter get-away in Florida.

What a great experience! I decided to spend New Years with 3 other families this year. We decided on a property that we all agreed on. We loved the pictures but the home exceeded our expectations when we arrived! It was huge, the floor plan was open, the home was spotless. I brought plates, glasses, silverware from home but they were not needed as the home had all that and more. The kitchen had everything including pots, pans, spices, oil, flower,etc. We had 7 children and they all refused to go home because they loved the experience so much. I've stayed at many places over the years but this by far I give it 5 stars! Also the property manager was a few houses down available for questions or concerns! Outstanding service and a perfect 10 experience. Reserve the room before it gets booked!

This is a wonderful unit with a new kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped but some of the pans are old and should be updated. Lots of linens and towels but we could only find one washcloth in the whole unit. It's a very quiet unit since it is on the top floor. Complex has easy access to the beach and a nice parking space. The condo and it's location is excellent however, we found the bathrooms as well as some bottom cupboards and the fridge not as clean as in the past. We were forced to purchase cleansers as well as light bulbs since several lights were out. Also it would be nice to have free WIFI in the condo.
